We try to make the whole process of booking as easy as possible, and are always available to help with any queries.
- All prices are in English pounds sterling.
- Discount available for rental of more than one of the property in the same period.
- Final cleaning charge of £100, plus a linen charge of £15 per person (please bring your own beach towels) for the apartments. Final cleaning charge of £150, plus a linen charge of £20 per person (please bring your own beach towels) for the villas. Cleaning does not include cleaning the cooker or hob.
- Any additional cleaning, linen and towels can be arranged and paid for locally with our representative in Sardinia.
- Cot and high chair available at no extra charge, but must be confirmed at time of booking.
- There is an additional charge of £50 per week for the use of heating/air conditioning. This can be selected at time of booking or on arrival, and deducted off the breakage deposit.
- Breakage deposit of £200 for the apartments, and £500 for the villas. This will be returned to you when you return home after the property has been checked.
- Deposit of 50% payable at time of booking (non returnable), balance plus the breakage deposit is due 1 (one) month before departure.
